

A New Window into Bird Migration: Our Motus Tower Is Finally Here!
After years of dreaming about it, Un poco del Chocó is now home to a Motus Wildlife Tracking System receiving station. This new tower fills an important gap in Ecuador's inland forests, where migratory songbirds spend the northern winter and resident birds can now also be tracked. Built through international collaboration, it marks an exciting step toward better understanding bird movements and strengthening conservation across the Americas.

Herpetological Monitoring
